It’s amazingly captured and the moody soundtrack adds an air of sophistication to the piece. Well worth a view. The last shot of one of the Surfers up against the moon is unbelievable. Kevin Cooley is a Brooklyn based photographer and video artist who often collaborates with the talented photographer Bridget Batch. He beautifully captures obscure lighting events in places of dramatic scenery and isolation that to me, seem alien and otherworldly. Myself being fascinated with long exposure night [...] A couple weeks ago I posted some of my night shots here on the blog. I’ve continued to take shots since then, now I am less focused on capturing streams of light in traffic and having a good time just capturing different subjects and forms of light in interesting composition.
