A number of interesting discoveries came from my recent discovery of this ‘Rushmore’ print by illustrator Todd Slater. From the amazing music sample that I’ve heard, the image compliments their sound really well, part digi-tech, part natural acoustic and an array of beats and dub sounds. I’ve been seeing there work pop up all over lately and after watching their stop motion video below I was pretty amazed and impressed. Their creative approach to stop motion alone demands a ‘must view’ status, not [...] French based Art Director Julien Rivoire’s online portfolio for BastardGraphics is super clean, fresh and vivid. I especially enjoy the above geometric and iconic poster designs. The website itself is also really well designed and compliments + showcases his graphic style perfectly. Great source of inspiration. The work is so well done that it almost looks as if it had been sitting in your ex-roommate’s brother’s hairstylist’s elderly uncle from Hong Kong’s basement suffering from water damage for the last 48 years.
