He’s worked on large corporate marketing projects as well as smaller more custom projects e.g., indie rock posters and album covers that you have probably seen examples of in the past few years. The site design is extremely unique and refreshing. Bold colors appear as you navigate through their projects and the navigation takes on a very fun 3d spatial effect as you scrub from one image to another. One of the best agency [...] UK based La Boca is an independent design agency that specializes in art & design for the film, music and fashion industries. I first saw their work on a Yayeveryday post and was instantly sucked in by their bold color, use of typography and retro graphic stylings. Some of their work reminds me of those [...] Zurich, Switzerland based furniture + fixture design agency ‘Strala’ designed this lighting ‘tms’ series (2004) that is both minimalist and complex at the same time. The geometric columns fragment the interior light source into separate beams, as a result they emanate a really nice graphic bouquet of atmospheric light (best represented in the top photo). Visit [...] São Paulo based agency ‘ionz’ has developed a well designed, playful and surprisingly fresh feature on their website that acts as a digital lifestyle persona generator of sorts. You can customize it a bit and even export your chart as a desktop image. Typically, I’m a bit annoyed by little ‘intro’ experiences like this, but [...] London based design studio ‘No Days Off’ has created these amazing light installations in order to be shot and used for this year’s Digital Publishing Awards 2009 marketing materials (AOP Awards also based in London). I haven’t dug into their portfolio to any great degree yet but I am intrigued by their website. The navigation/typography is neatly and clearly presented and I really like the fresh motion design.
