Is the iPhone the new Lomo? That may be a bit of an exaggeration, but I’m really feeling the low-quality grain and overall effect coming from the iPhone camera these days. Especially the stuff coming from Portland based photographer Jared Souny’s iPhone. I have been noticing his shots appearing on his blog lately and have been inspired by them. They have a great mood and sense of reality to them and the quality is reminiscent of Lomo photos or even some retro square format Hasselblad shots that I’ve seen.
