This week we celebrate our 10th installment with ‘Kids’ by ‘MGMT’. I had a tough time deciding which video to go with this week b/c there are so many new bands that I have recently come across. In the end it seems my mind supported the “oddity vote” -> the super-traumatized screaming baby + alien bugs + flying hot dogs + metallic goblins + hand puppets won me over (let’s not forget the catchy track). In short, I haven’t seen a video this odd since the 80s. Hmmm. That’s why it’s this week’s ‘Midweek Music Bump’. Enjoy.
