I’ve started to post music every Wednesday in an effort to keep the week rolling (We’ll see how long this lasts). Here’s how I’ll call it out, “Band X -> Midweek Music Bump”. I’m pretty much doing it already, I may as well make it “a thing”. Right? I’m not looking to create a theme or any special requirements, there may be some old tracks sprinkled into the mix but the hope is to keep it fresh. Whatever sound is baking my bread at the time I guess. I hope you enjoy what I post.
This week we celebrate our 9th installment with “No one does it like you” by “Department of Eagles”. My best description for the sound of this NYC based band can be summed up in one word, “Dreamy”. This video is perfect for me this week b/c I’m really missing the summer vibe in NYC and Brooklyn… that’s why it’s this week’s “Midweek Music Bump”. Enjoy.
