I have been collecting robots and alien figurines for about ten years now. Everything from the old robot erasers from when I was a kid, to big beautiful retro tin robots. I have a box under my bed that contains about fifty alien figurines that used to be lined up across my mantle in my old bachelor pad in Hoboken N.J. Yes. I am a bit nerdy. I chose to off-set all the figurines with silk screen rock posters to play up the cool-nerd factor (Kevin Smith would have been proud) in hopes to avoid just being labeled a geek. I think it worked. My friends all liked to hang out at my place on the weekends. But in retrospect that was the one time in my young adult life that I did not have a girlfriend for a long period of time… Related? Hmmm?
In honor of this silly passion of mine I have created a list of random super-nerdy robot/alien/nerdy-goodness links for you all to enjoy:

I have been meaning to visit that store. I’ll have to go in w/o my wallet. Could be dangerous! Thanks for posting the link.
